Scheuten Academy

With a balanced programme based on existing and new training courses, and courses still under development, Scheuten launched its Academy in September 2007. With it Scheuten will be meeting certain staff requirements and has gained an opportunity to involve staff even more in the rapid developments and the growth of the company. This makes Scheuten an attractive employer that invests in its staff and guarantees perspective, growth and career opportunities. The core of our training is called the Scheuten DNA: ‘Scheuten staff are able to develop themselves, they are intrinsically motivated and will not accept anything less than the very best. Staff can move freely within a dimension of openness, room and passion.’

Scheuten has opted for a modular approach, which provides the opportunity to combine training courses depending on the target group. This modular approach also provides the opportunity to embed external training courses in existing modules. One example of this is a Master’s degree course currently under development that will fit in perfectly with the management development programme of Scheuten.
