Artiqua Den Bosch
Artiqua truly lives up to the title of architectonic feat. Located at one end of the central axis, Artiqua will soon form the central viewpoint in the De Brand business park. The creative use of copious quantities of steel and glass lends an entirely unique and striking appearance to the four storey building. The building literally and figuratively protrudes out of the ground.
Glass panels with unique screen print patterns
The continual blue horizontal bands in the glass panels are a strong factor in the identity and exclusiveness of Artiqua. A screen print pattern, exclusively designed for Artiqua, was been applied to each panel. They jointly form a blue band that spans the entire structure and makes a strong contribution to the visual unity between the three main volumes of the building. This is partially the reason why the architect was successful in achieving a characteristic structure that is identifiable from four sides.
Scheuten produced around 2,000 m2 Colorsafe Design with double screen print, 1,150 m2 Isolide Superplus and 150 m2 fire resistant glazing.
