Innova Tower Venlo
The Innova Tower is the eye catcher of the Floriade world exhibition that will take place from April to October 2012 in Venlo. Scheuten Glass supplies 4100 m2 of glass in a variety of compositions. Sustainability and Cradle to Cradle are key in the design of architect Jo Coenen. Namely, after the Floriade Exhibition, the seventy meters high Innova Tower will have a second “life” as an office building.
Scheuten contributes to the sustainable character of the Innova Tower by supplying Isolide® Superplus. On this insulating glass, a coating was applied by which excellent insulation can be achieved. Because of this not only the need for energy, but also CO2 emissions that are harmful to the environment will be reduced. In addition Scheuten contributes to the safety of the building by supplying fireproof glasing. The application of Colorsafe® silk screen printed glass gives the building a modern appearance.
