Scheuten Glastechnik Heiden GmbH provided the glass for the renovation of the monumental wall of the West LB in Dortmund.

Because the exterior of the facade had to be kept in shape and color, new window elements were specially developed. Of course, the original bronze glass also had to meet the requirements of monument care. A total of about 2,500 m² of insulation glass was used, consisting of float 8 mm and layered 44.1.

This glass had to meet different technical requirements and different soundproofing values without significantly changing the thickness of the glass. This has been successful.

In addition, five circular diamonds with a diameter of approximately 2.8 meters were produced and delivered.
