Following the various countermeasures announced by the German government to curb the spread of the Corona virus, we have also taken our steps to ensure continuity of our production, while in the meantime protecting the health of our colleagues as much as possible. These measures will take effect immediately and apply in any case up to and including week 14.
Important to know
Our factory will continue to operate as usual and our deliveries will take place as agreed upon. Office workers will work in separate shifts to reduce the risk of contamination. To protect your and our colleagues, our account managers refrain from making customer visits and external visits to Scheuten are kept to an absolute minimum. Of course we are at your disposal via all modern means of communication. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
Consequences
Since our colleagues in the office have divided working hours, your regular direct contact person may not be available at the requested and / or accustomed time. Another colleague will of course be at your disposal to assist you further. This may result in longer waiting times.
