Request a DoP / declaration of performance UKCA

You can request a declaration of performance (DoP) for your Scheuten glass product using the attached form. For this you need the product-specific DoP reference number. Don't you have a DoP reference number? Then enter the order and position number. We will send you the requested declaration of performance in PDF format to the e-mail address indicated in the form no later than five working days* after receiving your application.

* In the periods around the summer vacations (Cw 30-31-32-33) and Christmas vacations (Cw 52-01) this may take longer.
